Do you ship, and how long does it take?
Yes — we ship across the United States. Most orders go out within 2–3 business days with tracking, and higher-value pieces are insured. International shipping is available by request.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Absolutely. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your treasure in person at our Lake Jackson store — just bring your order confirmation.
What is your return policy?
Because pieces are one-of-a-kind and described honestly, we ask that you shop thoughtfully. If an item arrives not as described or is damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right with a refund or exchange. Sale items are final.
Are the items authentic and in good condition?
Everything is genuine vintage or antique, sold as-is with age-appropriate character. We photograph and note any meaningful wear and provide measurements on request. Patina and small imperfections are part of a piece’s charm.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our site. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Are pieces really one-of-a-kind?
They are. Most items are the only one we have, so when a piece is gone, it is usually gone for good. If you love it, do not wait.
Can you hold an item for me?
Short courtesy holds are sometimes possible — call or message us and we will do our best.
Where are you located and when are you open?
You will find us at 100 TX-332 Ste 1354, Lake Jackson, TX 77566. We are open Monday–Saturday, 10am–8pm, and Sunday, 12–6pm. You can always call ahead at (713) 870-1300 to confirm before you make the trip.
How do I care for vintage jewelry?
Keep pieces dry, store them separately to avoid scratches, and remove jewelry before swimming or applying lotions and perfume. A gentle wipe with a soft cloth keeps most vintage pieces looking their best.
