Shipping & Handling
We carefully pack and ship most orders within 2–3 business days. Because many pieces are fragile or one-of-a-kind, they are wrapped with extra care for the journey.
- Carriers & tracking: Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking; higher-value pieces are insured.
- Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
- Local pickup: Prefer to collect in person? Choose local pickup and gather your treasure at our Lake Jackson store — free of charge.
- Where we ship: Across the United States. International shipping is available by request — contact us for a quote.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our pieces are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we describe each one honestly so you can shop with confidence. If something arrives not as described or is damaged in transit, we will make it right.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the piece is received and inspected.
- Return shipping is covered by us when the error is ours; otherwise the buyer covers return postage.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale.
Condition & Authenticity
Vintage and antique items are pre-owned and sold as-is, with the age-appropriate character that makes them special. We photograph and describe any notable wear and share measurements on request. Patina and small imperfections are part of a piece’s story, not considered defects.
Payment & Security
Checkout is handled by Stripe, an industry-leading, PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and are never stored on our site. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Privacy
We use your information only to process your order and, with your consent, to send occasional updates about new arrivals. We never sell your data, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
